When creative teams are overwhelmed with coordinating productions, launches, and meeting deadlines, the lack of adequate project management can lead to compromises and misses across departments. Quality, budgets, and output may suffer, resulting in decreased results, underperforming campaigns, and overall inefficiency throughout marketing departments.
In my approach to any marketing campaign or project, I prioritize utilizing organization and project management skills through software and team coordination to track efforts and initiatives. This ensures that every aspect, whether I am working solo or as part of a team, is managed efficiently to achieve optimal outcomes. In addition to the organizational benefits, this allows me or the team to get a grand view of the campaign and its needs whether it's strategizing content calendars for social media, e-commerce, paid media, or other channels.
CAMPAIGN: AKILA EYEWEAR x P16
STATUS : IN PROGRESS
For this project I was tasked with collaborating with Akila Eyewear and Powerplant (P16) to deliver photo and video content for there collaborative release.
Since I help oversee Powerplant's marketing efforts, I had additional marketing responsibilities and collaborated with Akila's team to help maximize the collaboration campaign's goals for both brands.

To organize and manage this project I used Airtable to track progress and tasks related to planning the production of the shoot from coordinating dates, crew, models, shot lists, props, locations, budgets, content deliverables, and their respective outlets to make sure everything was streamlined to guarantee efficiency.
CONTENT MANAGEMENT
For this campaign, I touched base with Akila's team to make sure I could deliver a sufficient amount of content for this campaign. While listening to Akila's wishes for the campaign I collaborated with them to create a tailored content list for the launch planning everything from the teasers and assets for them as well as the assets I'd need to run the campaign on Powerplant's email marketing, website banners and social media accounts with a 3 month life cycle for the campaign.

SHOEI PFS Campaigns
During my time at SHOEI Helmets USA and Helmet House USA I served a marketing team of 10 working as a Social Media Manager with Art Director expertise.
For Helmet House, its three in-house brands, and Shoei Helmets USA, I managed paid social ads, created and edited photo and video content for campaigns, collaborated with the design team on creative assets, sourced influencers + freelancers, helped manage content productions, and assisted the design and e-commerce teams to coordinate campaigns.
Such projects that involved my creative direction and collaboration were my initiatives to rebrand and enhance the social media appeal for the 3 in-house brands. I created branding moodboards to communicate design references and language to the design team.

I sourced, onboarded and managed over 10 influencers to assist with the initiatives of several campaigns across all brands which brought key successes including increased sales, brand awareness and brands' culture.
To assist in the management of influencers and their content, I created operating procedures involving signed content deliverable agreements, Airtable records for tracking, and campaign reporting through Sprout Social. Influencer Platforms such as GRIN were also used during these management tasks.
CONTENT MANAGEMENT
Across 5 brands, content stacks up so to maintain organization I used 3 key content management systems including Sharepoint, Amplifi.io, and Dropbox.
With these CMS platforms, I cross-functionally provided content between my e-commerce, design, and marketing team.
SUMMARY AND CONCLUSION
For the past 10 years, I have provided brands with photo and video assets. Throughout this time I have leveraged my content and project management skills while collaborating with marketing and creative departments across diverse industries.
This experience spans working with teams of all sizes, from solo productions to crews of 10 or more. These varied experiences have made me well-rounded and adaptable, enabling both myself and my future teams/clients to accomplish their marketing initiatives.
